This variant is macerated with sohiong (wild Khasi cherry) alongside the brand’s twelve native north-east Indian botanicals – Khasi mandarin, kaji nemu lime, hand-harvested Himalayan juniper, cardamom, wild peppercorns and pine-smoked tea – giving a fruity, floral character over the citrus-forward, lightly smoky base. Bottled in a reusable, recyclable stainless-steel bottle.
